Do we accept returns? Of course! We hope all customers will love their COSSIES but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on our bespoke orders.
We handle all returns on an individual basis, please go to our returns portal at cossieandco.com/a/return and enter your 5 digit order number as well as your postcode or the email address you used to place the order. There you can process your return and generate a FREE returns label (for UK returns only). You can also process an exchange if you’d like a different size or style.
We will only accept the return if the following requirements are met:
- Item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene sticker.
- Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
- Item/s must not be marked, have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
UK STANDARD RETURNS
Please login into our returns portal within 14 days of delivery to request a return – RETURNS PORTAL. Once approved, please follow the instructions on the approval email. You will see that you are able to download a prepaid returns label, you will subsequently have 14 days for us to receive back the return.
EUROPE/REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS
We happily accept European + International returns however return handling and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund any international customs duties and sales taxes that maybe incurred when returning the item. Please log in to our returns portal to receive approval for the return - RETURNS PORTAL. We must receive the return within 28 days of the day of order.
COSSIE+CO is not responsible for any items lost in transit - it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
We offer free UK exchanges, unfortunately we are unable to offer international exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please login to our returns portal within 14 days of the date of order - RETURNS PORTAL Please make sure that in the notes section you advise which style/colour/size you would like to receive as an exchange. The style being returned must be received within 7 days of the exchange approval.
