Do we accept returns? Of course! We hope all customers will love their COSSIES but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns. We handle all returns on an individual basis, please go to our returns portal at cossieandco.com/a/return and enter your 5 digit order number as well as your postcode or the email address you used to place the order. There you can process your return and generate a FREE returns label (for UK returns only). You can also process an exchange if you’d like a different size or style.
We will only accept the return if the following requirements are met:
- Item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene sticker.
- Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
- Item/s must not be marked, have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Please note, all returns must requested within 14 days of delivery and be received back within 28 days to be eligible for a refund.
We are afraid that for European + International returns or exchanges the shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Please follow the same instructions on the return portal to get approval for the return or to create an exchange order.
