We offer free UK exchanges, unfortunately we are unable to offer international exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please email us with details within 14 days of the date of order firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a prepaid returns label. The style being returned must be received within 7 days of the exchange approval.
Do we accept returns? Of course! We hope all customers will love their COSSIES but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns. We handle all returns on an individual basis, please email us at email@example.com (including the order number and items that are being returned) with 14 days of your order date for the return to be authorised.
We are able to offer FREE returns to all UK customers, however we are afraid that for European + International returns shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund any international customs duties and sales taxes that maybe incurred when returning the item.
Items must be in the original condition when returned - unwashed, unworn, with original tags, hygiene liner and in original packaging. COSSIE+CO has full discretion in determining if items are in the original condition when returned.
Once returns are received please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
COSSIE+CO is not responsible for any items lost in transit - it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
Please note, all returns must be received back within 28 days from the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
UK KLARNA RETURNS
Klarna will charge for the entire order 14 days after delivery unless COSSIE+CO have instructed them that we have received a return. Therefore, if you plan to make a return of some/all of the COSSIE’s that were paid for using Klarna we suggest that you email us ASAP after trying on your COSSIE for return approval -firstname.lastname@example.org Once your return has been approved, please follow the instructions to download a prepaid returns label, sending back the return directly. Please bear in mind that if we do not receive the return back within 14 days of the delivery date a charge for the total order will be made by Klarna. We recommend that you keep proof of postage for your protection.
