We love our COSSIES so a signature is required for all shipments. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer. If goods are returned to COSSIE+CO a second redelivery charge will be incurred.
All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same working day (excluding bank holidays and weekends). Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Your orders arrival will be dependent on your choice of postage and the destination, however please see below as a guideline:
UK standard delivery: 2 - 3 business days
UK next day: 1 business day
European delivery: 3 - 5 business days
International delivery: 5 - 7 business days
Tracking numbers are sent via a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, please use the below link referencing the tracking number.
We hope all customers will love their COSSIES but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We will gladly accept returns on all items. The returns request must be sent within 14 days of the date of order and the return must be received within 14 days after that (see returns portal below)
Items must be in the original condition when returned - unwashed, unworn, with original tags, hygiene liner and in original packaging. COSSIE+CO has full discretion in determining if items are in the original condition when returned.
Once returns are received please allow 2 - 3 business days for your refund to be processed.
Shipping costs if applicable are non refundable.
We offer free returns within the UK. Once your return request has been approved (see Returns Portal below) we will send you a postage paid label to affix to your package.
We happily accept European + International returns however return handling and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund any international customs duties and sales taxes that maybe incurred when returning the item.
COSSIE+CO is not responsible for any items lost in transit - it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

Of course - we understand that buying swimwear is rarely easy! We offer free exchanges on all COSSIES. Either login to the Returns/Exchange Portal (link below) and submit an exchange request or email us directly on email@example.com. We will send you a prepaid returns label for the style that you want to send back and as soon as received we will send out your preferred style. You can keep on exchanging FREE OF CHARGE until you find your perfect COSSIE! 🙌

Sustainability is important to COSSIE+CO. We believe in choosing well + making it last, therefore the proper care of your COSSIE is essential.
We recommend hand washing your COSSIE in cold water with a gentle detergent. Dry in the shade – do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
Lotion, suncream, oil and chlorine can cause discolouration; this is not a manufacturing defect. Avoid contact with rough surfaces.
COSSIE+CO sizing is very simple - swimsuits are sized 0 to 4. See link for a conversion chart with comparable sizing - SIZING
