DPD NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - £4.50

PLEASE NOTE - Orders placed before 12pm GMT will be despatched the same day and will be delivered on the following business day. Any orders placed after 12pm GMT will be despatched on the following business day.

Royal Mail European Tracked & Signed (3 – 5 working days) – from £9.10* 

*Prices may vary depending on the weight of the shipment (i.e. the number of COSSIES ordered)

Please note shipping prices do not include any local taxes or import duties which may be charged to the recipient on arrival.

We love our COSSIE's so a signature is required for all shipments. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer. If goods are returned to COSSIE+CO a second redelivery charge will be incurred.

All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same working day (excluding bank holidays and weekends). Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Your orders arrival will be dependent on the destination, however please see below as a guideline:

UK delivery: Next business Day

European delivery: approx 3 - 5 business days

International delivery: approx 5 - 7 business days

Tracking numbers are sent via a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK - Please use the following link DPD referencing the tracking number.

Returns and exchanges

Of course! We hope all customers will love their COSSIES but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns.

Items must be in the original condition when returned - unwashed, unworn, with original tags, hygiene liner and in original packaging. COSSIE+CO has full discretion in determining if items are in the original condition when returned.

Once returns are received please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

Klarna will charge for the entire order 14 days after delivery unless COSSIE+CO have instructed them that we have received a return. Therefore, If you plan to make a return of some or all of the COSSIE’s that were paid for using Klarna we suggest that you log on to our returns portals promptly after receiving and trying on your order - RETURNS PORTAL. Once your return has been approved, please follow the instructions to download a prepaid returns label, sending back the return directly. We would expect the return will be delivered to us within 2 working days so please bear this in mind as if we do not receive the return back within 14 days of the delivery date a charge for the total order will be made. We recommend that you keep proof of postage for your protection.

Please login into our returns portal within 14 days of delivery to request a return – RETURNS PORTAL. Once approved, please follow the instructions on the automated email. You will see that you are able to download a prepaid returns label, you will subsequently have 14 days for us to receive back the return.

We happily accept European + International returns however return handling and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund any international customs duties and sales taxes that maybe incurred when returning the item. Please log in to our returns portal to receive approval for the return - RETURNS PORTAL. COSSIE+CO is not responsible for any items lost in transit - it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection. 

We offer free UK exchanges, unfortunately we are unable to offer international exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please login to our returns portal within 14 days of the date of order - RETURNS PORTAL  Please make sure that in the notes section you advise which style/colour/size you would like to receive as an exchange. The style being returned must be received within 7 days of the exchange approval.

COSSIE CARE

WASH ME - BY HAND.

Sustainability is important to COSSIE+CO. We believe in choosing well + making it last, therefore the proper care of your COSSIE is essential.

We recommend hand washing your COSSIE in cold water with a gentle detergent. Dry in the shade – do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean.

Lotion, suncream, oil and chlorine can cause discolouration; this is not a manufacturing defect. Avoid contact with rough surfaces. 

COSSIE SIZING

The customer is paramount to us at COSSIE+CO and we have tirelessly revised and amended our fit to give you the perfect fitting COSSIE, helping you feel your most confident.

COSSIE+CO sizing is very simple - swimsuits are sized 1 to 3. See link for our conversion chart helping you choose the correct size for you -  SIZING
